Overview Our Virtual Discovery Consultation is a relaxed, one-on-one video call designed for clients who prefer to begin from home or are located far from our Baltimore studio. This no-pressure session allows us to understand your needs, discuss your hair loss journey, preferences, and goals, and explore whether an in-stock or custom human hair wig is the best fit for you.
What the Virtual Consultation Includes
- Warm, private conversation about your lifestyle, desired look, color preferences, and any specific concerns (comfort, coverage, density, etc.)
- Screen sharing to show wig examples, hair textures, and color swatches
- Guidance on measurements (we’ll provide easy at-home instructions if needed)
- Honest recommendations on styles, cap types, and realistic expectations
- Clear next steps: whether to proceed with a custom order, schedule an in-person visit (if local), or explore distance options
- Follow-up email summary with photos/references and booking links if you decide to move forward
