Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hairpieces, all sales are final and not eligible for return or refund.
Exceptions are only made for items that arrive defective, damaged, or significantly not as described, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible under this exception:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging
- The item must include tags and proof of purchase
Items that have been worn, altered, cut, styled, or tampered with are not eligible under any circumstances.
Reporting an Issue
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
To report a problem, email: se@sewigs.com
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and issue
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps.
Important Notes
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
- We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Refunds (if applicable)
If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
